firefox reconfig to speed up

- input in URL bar: "about:config"
- find "network.http.pipelining", change its value to "true"
- find "network.http.pipelining.maxrequests" from 4 to 30
- add a new integer "nglayout.initialpaint.delay" and set its value to 0
